Just find him a good QB coach and pay the guy to teach him footwork, throwing
mechanics, etc. If he can do the basics, he should fit right in. Then you can get more in-depth type stuff as he progresses. Finding the good mentor is key. Good camps are good as well. That may require a little travel, unless you live close to a university.
