regarding the jazz signing someone....locke gave the cautionary tale of phoenix
last year signing IT. blew up their plans. phoenix kinda doesn't have a plan now.
apparently the jazz don't want to mess with the young guys they have incubating, they'd rather see if any of them will become a star.
