The Mountaineers get in that conference, and instead of being the new guy, they are helping steer the ship. I know that their old AD Oliver Luck is a big name in college sports, but it's just crazy to me that OU and UT let them have a significant say in things.

As an example, the Big 12 has to expand east to help WVU? WTH? Did no one look at a map when WVU was offered? And how does it make sense to build a conference expansion plans around the location of one school?
