if say Kyle Collinsworth and Nick Emery robbed Cottonwood Mall and were arrested by police trying to swim the Cottonwood river to get away? Do you think for a moment that Nick Emery and KC would continue playing at BYU and nobody would ever bring it up again throughout their careers? That is the point.

Kudos to Andre Miller for not getting arrested after that arrest.
