And you may be technically correct about the felony thing, but barring a full felony, Utah puts does whatever it can to protect its athletes and coaches that will help it win. And that DUI wasn't Wilson's first, second, third, etc. run-in with the law before and with the Utes either and the coaches knew it and let him play anyway until he proved to not be the gamebreaker he was earlier.
