I think it's a short mini-movie type thing between 5 and 6.
The first 4 episodes of season 6 are the best of the whole series IMO. But that season kind of goes downhill after that. I thoroughly enjoyed 7 & 8, they were great. The new one "Live Another Day" was fantastic as well.
