This is some serious stuff. One time I took one, I said a prayer, read my scriptures and hopped in bed. The lamp by my bed was still on and I noticed that the ceiling started moving. I didn't think much of it until I rolled over only to find the great John Lennon was there, sitting at my bedside. He pulled out his guitar and began to sing Lucy in the Sky to me and I feel asleep instantly. Best sleep I've ever had.
