Troll! But for those that may be swayed
You don't know what you are talking about. What do you base the "don't see the coaching leadership".

This is so asinine it's ridiculous. I say this based on first hand experience. I played for 2Jay, I saw this coaching leadership 1st hand. He was my offensive line coach. In, my nine years of playing he was the best o-line coach as far as leadership, and it wasn't even close.

He has a huge fire and helps instill this in his players. Is the o-line all world - No, as a matter of fact they have a long way to go. But their nastiness has improved by leaps and bounds (which makes a huge difference in run blocking). Go watch the film. As I watch BYU football, I watch the o-line, then I re-wind each play a few times and watch each position to make an assessment on each man on the line to see what went wrong or what went well.

I doubt that there are very many on this board that watch and assess the line to the same level I do.

So why isn't the line like the days of old you will ask next? In the proverbial words of the scholar Brock Lesnar "You can't make chicken salad out of chicken xxxx).

That may be extreme, as we do have some talent there. Sometimes a player can have talent and they may have an awesome coach, and they fail; what Uncle Rico's sometimes fail to realize, it can be the players fault a lot of the time.
