Issue and some good suggestions. I'm on the run Noe and can't look for it. I had the same problem and it was due to low refrigerant and dirty furnace filter (I had just moved in so it wasn't me ). You may want to shut it down for some time though.

Maybe frozen condenser. Two things Id do before you call the HVAC guy
