Lots of good comments here, but it's pretty well documented that many of the
handouts are very dispoprotionate to need. Many, many people are benefiting from the ridiculous amounts of free stuff our government hands out and are not encouraged at all to earn the handout or to find their own means of support and give up the handouts.
