Ha. She is a food science major.
I have no idea how to safely prepare meat so I listened a little bit but once the meat was tough, chewy, and nearly crispy, I second guessed everything she ever told me.
She made it her duty to educate me In the ways of meat. Next time I'll leave the cooking and preparing of the meat to my own capable hands.
