There's your problem, there has to be something to help keep the juices in, if
You grill skinless chicken (especially breasts) It will dry out. You need coat it in a thin layer of oil (pick your favorite). The oil mostly burns off but it keeps the juices in. You can even over cook it a little and it'll still be juicy.
