He was offered by BYU the day before he went to Ute Shoot where he was offered
...by Utah. It caused the typical "Utah just offers whoever BYU offers" ruckus. Sounds like he impressed the Utah coaches and basically came out of nowhere to finish as one of the major standouts. He has a big frame apparently - will be one of those 200 lb. receiver types in the future.
