The way the SUV runs in and slams on the breaks, they were up to no good
Or at least starting some aggression.
I'm assuming that's West that gets out of the car and is heading towards the group in a threatening manner because that is the kid that gets shot at multiple times. I think that's a pretty easy assumption.
Obviously the kid that pulls the gun and starts shooting needs to be tried for attempted murder, but either way, I think this video should seal the deal on West.
