That dude definitely wanted him dead, but knew the sec
Charles was off & running he didn't have a chance. So he unloaded his gun quickly.
Dude obviously didn't know how to shoot. Luckily he didn't hit anybody else. He clearly wanted Charles badly, which makes me wonder just kinda kid Charles is. The wrong kinda people seem really offended he's stealing their air.
