The guy running away looks like he got shot by the 1st bullet. The rest were so wild, but it looks like all the people in that area are coming out of the SUV which slammed on the breaks.

Also heard in the background "Stop" and then the guy runs up and starts shooting.

I'm not going to buy the innocent basketball player shot by a stray bullet story until the police and DA have their say. There are plenty of witnesses, so the story should come out soon.
