As has been pointed out, unless the Big 12 is "forced" to expand, they likely are not.
Still, Tramel has been covering OU for years and has very strong connections to the school's, and the Big 12's, leadership. So his articles are informative since they give us a view into the thought processes going on, at least as far as OU is concerned.
