It's a huge factor for West Virginia.
It especially affects recruiting.
West Virginia is not going to convince Texas recruits to go to Morgantown, and recruits from the mid-Atlantic/upper mid-west are not going to really want to play in Texas and Oklahoma.
Getting two teams from the Eastern Time Zone (especially Cincinnati) would help them out a lot.
