This is the problem with Mister P.'s approach---you need to have room for human
judgment. Everyone watching that video can agree that yes she threw the first punch but also that yes she presented no threat to him and he was the clear aggressor.
Haven't we learned that zero tolerance policies are flawed and cause more problems? It's not black or white, or any punch gets you convicted. Here with video evidence, it's pretty easy to tell who acted in a criminal pattern and who was just drunk and dumb.
