this wasn't the first job I used him for.
I had used him 4-5 times this year before the work in question. I've paid him around $2500 so far this year. I found out it was his cousins # because his cousin called me asking for extra work since I was already using his # for his cousin.
I never even thought about him being an illegal immigrant honestly...It never crossed my mind. Now, if I would have really thought about it I would have easily known.
Anyways I am not sure what the heck i'm going to do when I have to report this to the IRS lol.
