I probably wasn't clear in my post.
I'm not trying to get a parking pass close to the BYU section. I would like to sit close to where the BYU section will be. As far as parking, I'm not familiar with the area and I wanted to know if a parking is pass necessary to get anywhere within a half mile from the stadium.
