Where I believe the leagues have gone wrong is punishing individuals before the courts have actually done it. The outrage over Ray Rice getting a 2 game suspension (at first) was funny to me as the courts basically let him go for nothing. That is where the outrage should have been. Courts are meant to uphold the laws... the NFL is meant to protect its own brand.
