They won the natty last year and are expected to do well this year. Long term, Urban may not stick around, but I'm sure Ohio State will stay relevant. I also hear the Cowboys and Yankees are accepting fan applications. They've both sucked for a while, but hey, they are America's teams. As for the NBA, I'd probably avoid Golden State. While they won it this year, in the long run, they probably won't be great forever.

In all seriousness, you would be a pretty crappy fan of any fan base. As a red sox fan, we had to put up with decades of heart break before we won our three titles. Man up and stop whining.
