BYU doesn't get all the best players willing to live the honor code

many of them are picked off by schools with better football programs. There is a missionary in my ward that will attend Oregon State after his mission who was offered by half the PAC 12. If BYU had the money to upgrade coaches and facilities, many of those players would be more open to BYU.
