A question for PTs, orthopedic surgeons or excercise science dudes....when in my
normal gait, I notice that my right leg is turned outward about 30 degrees. This is only in my right leg, my left leg is normally aligned. This has caused some knee pain, especially when running. I assume the problem is in the hip. What sort of stretches and exercises can be done to straighten the leg out? Thanks in advance
