Maybe what you stated is exactly that. Who says they aren't fine with it being

the missionary program it is (without MAJOR funds). "If they are not going to donate funds, then don't expect it to be a major missionary tool." You make it seem like they aren't satisfied with how it is and they are demanding more donations from people or something. If that were the case then I would understand your statement, but that isn't the case. It is YOU who isn't satisfied
