That's what I think. BYU is the 4th team of that list. I can't see them realistically taking CSU, SDSU, or anyone else over us, despite the cultural issues. I don't see anyone left for them to choose from.
B10 could really throw a wrench in the plans though if they offered a better deal to any of the top B12 schools. It would be a great move by their commissioner to weaken the new PAC16 by forcing them to pick from the left-overs of the B12 and/or MWC to go with BYU. I wonder what would happen if B10 takes OU and Okie St, and SEC takes Texas. The P12 would have Baylor and BYU, but who do they take for the other 2 spots? If either the B10 or SEC/ACC takes Baylor (ACC could take them to move into the Texas market), P12 has BYU and no other real quality programs to choose from when taken as a whole. BSU is good in football and getting respectable in mens b-ball, but what else have they got? After BSU, it is a big drop-off to the next 2 schools. If I'm the B10 commissioner, this is what I would do.
Moving to 16 team conferences could create some interesting drama...
