Were they lobbying during the dead period last year?

Media days it for sure came up, during camp it for sure came up, etc

But did it come up last year regularly in the month of July directly from Tom/Bronco?

I'm not exactly sure myself but this is the time a lot of them take their vacations, etc so it is very likely that they were not lobbying at this time last year either...
