Your decision is your own. I think it's silly when other people
...place arbitrary rules and restrictions around what fanhood is or should be. It's sports, for crying out loud, and people can support it in any way they see fit.
Do what you want, man.
The only thing I see weird about the whole thing is the need to write a manifesto about it. But, that's my opinion and how I follow MY fanhood.
I also grew up supporting ASU, from back in the Frank Kush days. But, it was very lukewarm support. BYU has been my real team even since the 1981 Miracle Bowl, and will be my only college team I ever follow. I'm not in it for College Sports, I'm in it for BYU.
