Say the Big 12 takes UCF and Cinci...does the AAC then go hard at Boise and BYU?
I haven't seen this discussed much, but let's say that the Big 12 does expand, and invites UCF and Cinci. What does the AAC do? They are currently at 12 teams and would be left with 10. I am sure they already want BYU and BYU doesnt want in... but how do they react?

I could see them making a move to grab Boise and BYU, maybe even grab Colorado st and Air Force/SDSU/No Illinois/Marshall to get to 14.

At this point I think BYU's Big 12 dream would be dead. With that in mind, would an invite like this tempt BYU? Say they got to keep their ESPN deal and broadcast rights to sweetin the pot. The upside would be that this new AAC would be far stronger than the leftovers in the MTN west or Mac or Conf USA and the conf champ would have a pretty good chance of going to a NY6 game.

With all the Big 12 hype around right now I understand that this scenario seems terrible, but if the Big 12 moved on and we had this option or Indi I would think long and hard before turning down the invite.
