was not happy at all with the course condition at Thanksgiving point for the tournament this week. Dead spots, Standing water from over-watering at the last minute to grow out rough and green up the course. My buddy said they were re-sodding two weeks ago in order to narrow the fairways for the tournament. As someone that mowed greens and cut cups at Riverside CC when I was younger I know that it takes time to make adjustments to a golf course.

How in the world did Vanguard Management mess this up? I know Johnny Miller designed the course in hopes it would host some big time tournaments down the road...this does not figure to help that happen.
