He and cougfanblue were two of the first to add me to their FO lists. There was a weirdo or two who added me prior (herbsandspicescoug I'm looking at you) but those were definitely the first normal guys to bring me into the fold. Things kind of snowballed from there when guys like smokymounntainrain and HuskyFreeNorthwest and Donuthole added me - I saw a whole new side of cougarboard. Then that one guy came along who added almost everyone on the board to his FO list, save the mods, and ruined it for everyone. But I digress...

I didn't always agree with nashty. His overly optimistic, blue goggled, "we're going undefeated this year and this is why" posts at the beginning of every season made me roll my eyes a bit. Or a lot. But I got it. Just as I didn't agree with all that he posted the other day, I understood where he was coming from. He was a fan and he will continue to be a fan, despite his recent musings. He was also a friend and I'll miss him & his crappy posts. Hopefully things will work out and he'll reactivate sooner rather than later.
