Ignoring the fact that the last few seasons have been incredibly frustrating but not catastrophic, these posts come off as either cries for attention, or attempts to indict the program for it's wallowing in decent/good not great by being the part of the equation they can be, i.e. the fan who stops caring.

Lots of time they are genuine feelings of fans, but posting about it and reminding everyone about how you don't care about BYU football on a BYU message board leaves it suspect.

And FTR, I've seen many of these posts that I believe are genuine where the person states it without trying to make a big deal. It sucks to see, but it happens when we get stuck like we are.
