Free shipping for sure
I bought something online recently that was $15 with $10 shipping. I felt I was getting a deal on the item itself but the shipping was ridiculous. I would have preferred paying $25 for the item and free shipping. It's all psychological.
Plus, sometimes pricing a product too low gives the impression it's a crappy product.
