I think it's the stuff that is more or less out of BYU's control that make this
rough patch more frustrating than similar stretches (2002-2004, 1997-2000). The shifting landscape of college football has really turned up the discontent and frustration. Of course, it doesn't help that the shifting landscape has been an enormous windfall for our rivals 45 minutes up the road.
