Honestly...#2 is the worst, because there's no excuse for it.

I can't be upset about things out of our control.
The losses to Utah were unacceptable...especially the worst loss in BYU history (any sport) in '11, and then to not even get the job done in '13. Embarrassing.
Utah has done what they needed to...but BYU helped build them and it sucks.
