It's a small thing, but it happens every day, and it drives me crazy.

Rush hour. I'm waiting to get on the freeway. There's a light at the front of the line that says "2 cars per green"

I'm the fourth car in line. I think to myself, "Sweet, I'll be on the freeway on the second green light."

No.

Green light and only one car goes. Second green light. Again, only one car goes.

Who are these people?! Do they not value their own time?

The freeway was running smoothly, traffic was not backed up, so two cars could very easily go each time.

These must be the same people that swerve immediately over to the express lane and then drive slower than the speed of traffic. No consideration for other people. They must get paid by the hour to drive places. Or maybe they are just complete IDIOTS.
