Although, I am using the dry rub from the "Best Ribs in the Universe," which is salty. They recommend a sweet sauce to compliment the salty rub. I guess I could just use their sauce recommendation again - 5 parts KC Original sauce; 1 part honey.

Maybe I'll make them all for future use... It's not like I don't smoke something once a week.
