I would probably do tomato sauce and tomato paste instead of ketchup, just because ketchup is basically made of those two plus other ingredients you already list (vinegar, sugar, etc).

For ribs, I would put some paprika and chili powder in for some more smoky heat. No measurement, just add it by taste.
