CCG is only other thing it adds
They've already rejected all other candidates before and no B12 school will gain fans of they expand. They are wondering if they'll get as much money per school if they expand. There is no more access to football.
The B12 had problems with CCG under the BCS. Maybe it's different now but one year is not a pattern.
