Running Workout Question
It is easy to find running training programs that give you a workout plan to complete a given distance. One good example is Hal Higden's training plans that pop up on Google.

Has anyone seen one that that allows you to enter your goal time and the training plan tells you not just the workouts but how fast they need to be to get to that speed? For example, if someone wanted to run a 3hr marathon (not my goal), the website would tell you not just when to run and how long or far, but how fast they need to be if you realistically want to reach that goal.

It seems that this would be very helpful for Cross Country runners in HS as well as Uncle Rico's that want to be competitive in their age group at a local race.

Thx.
