Why would be be a better fit for the Big 12 than the PAC 12? I don't understand the logic. The BIG 12 seems like a conference ready to implode on itself with so much in fighting. I don't see that as a good long term fit. If the PAC 12 added BYU, they have a natural rival with Utah. If they also added Colorado State, they would have a natural rival with Colorado. They would then own the Utah and Colorado markets versus only half what they have now. They could also have the BYU network in HD to help provide better coverage.
