I gave in to CB peer pressure and bought an electric smoker this week. I'm going
To try tri-tip tonight. Any recommendations? I'm planning on just using salt... Should I fill the water pan or no?

2 things- 1) cook low and slow for most meats 2) it's all about the meats temp
