He'll have to bring on more employees and grow his business. Unfortunately he can't afford to grow anymore so all of those new customers could be considered liabilities at this point. His brother is smart to seek a buy-out and I don't blame him at all.

The only way I see him getting out of this mess would be to outsource some of his labor overseas and I can only imagine what would happen if the media and employees found out...
