Agree except for the part about BYU having a

a much broader and deeper recruiting base than Gonzaga.

Gonzaga recruits the world and doesn't have to worry about missions and the honor code.

Yep, and so has Gonzaga recruited better than all but 3 or 4 P5 programs.
