It's pure science my friend. If you like tomatoes you are "taste blind" and
Genetically unable to taste the nastiness in fresh tomatoes. You guys eating those wretched things are like the people in the Matrix eating that disgusting pile of slop thinking it's tasty steak. Your mind is just playing tricks on you. You should stop eating them immediately.
