I'm definitely a 17.5 neck, but I'm like 35.5 on the sleeve.
When I got some shirts tailored the armpits got taken in a bit and the 34/35s got a little too short for my liking. The next size up is 36/37 (no 35/36?), and I was wondering what the actual difference would be and why there were two numbers.
