Overused excuse to get a dog in apartments that don't accept pets and apartments are not to allowed to say no. And does the tenant need a doctor's note to get one? Nope. It could be signed by a boyfriend, cousin or anyone "familiar" with their need for emotional help.
Some people benefit but it is simply an excuse often and it inconveniences everyone else.that airline cannot say no legally
