I attended BYU-I back when it was Ricks, and there were plenty of not-so-sober
activities available and plenty of students enjoying them.
I vote for SVU -- those kids seem like they're completely committed to live the LDS lifestyle -- so much so that they'll go to SVU when they can't get in to one of the church-owned schools. Plenty of kids at BYU and BYU-I are there for other reasons. (But maybe that's true of SVU too and I just don't know it).
