The funny thing is this guy is on his way out of pro cycling and hasn't won much of anything lately. He is 37 years old and his career is coming to an end. The Tour of Utah isn't a prestigious race and most of the European pros don't take it seriously and use it as training.
Maybe going for one last hurrah before the end of his career. I don't see getting a positive testosterone test from supplements. Lifetime ban will be coming if the B sample is positive.
